Competition Terms & Conditions (UK).

1.    Promoter

This competition is run by Vicky Lincoln Garden Design (Vicky Lincoln Ltd) and Solent Garden Services Ltd.

2.    Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Vicky Lincoln Garen Design and Solent Garden Services, and their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3.    How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

For an extra chance to win (a double entry), participants can:

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Entries that do not comply with these requirements will be disqualified.

4.    Competition Period

The competition opens at 08:00 on 27.03.2026 and closes at 23:59 on 02.04.2026.     Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

​

5.    Prize

The prize is for 2 tickets to the BBC Gardeners World Spring Fair, at Beaulieu Motor Museum  - on any one day of 1st, 2nd, or 3rd May, 2026.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6.    Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 5 days of the closing date.

​

7.    Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8.    Publicity

The surname and county of the winner may be made available upon request to anyone who writes to info@vickylincolngardendesign.com within one month after the closing date.

Entrants may object to this or request that the amount of information made available be reduced by contacting us at the same address.

9.    Data Protection

Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed as set out in our privacy policy: www.vickylincolngardendesign.com/privacypolicy. Data will be used solely for administering this competition unless consent is given for other uses.

10.    General

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11.    Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

 

12.    Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
